Prior to IDS, Massick spent six years at EMC Corporation as an influential leader in various roles including District Sales Manager, Midwest Area Vice President and Director of Commercial Sales Operations for North America.

Massick holds a degree in political science from Loyola University.

Justin Mescher

Chief Technology Officer

As Chief Technology Officer at IDS, Justin Mescher provides the technical vision for IDS as well as managing the engineering organization and cloud service practice. Mescher educates customers on industry trends and acts as an integral part in the development of creative technology solutions to support business needs. His passion for technology has led the expansion of the IDS offerings over the past 7 years. Justin sits on the Technical Advisory Boards for many of IDS’s strategic partners.

Prior to IDS, Mescher spent 3 years at EMC Corporation in various roles growing out their professional services organization and providing pre-sales support to strategic accounts in Chicago. Mescher holds a degree in Business Computer Systems from Bradley University.

Vince Buscareno

Vice President of Sales & Operations

As the Vice President of Sales & Operations at IDS, Vince Buscareno is responsible for optimizing the company’s efficiency, driving growth, and managing the sales practice. Buscareno has used his innovative sales leadership style to strengthen relationships, structure long-term corporate objectives and expand the IDS brand across a diverse set of markets.

Prior to IDS, Buscareno served as the Vice President of Channel Sales at Xerox Services. Vince led global channel sales for the Xerox Cloud Services Group by strategically managing channel partners and programs, and growing the overall Xerox cloud services sector. Buscareno holds a degree in business administration from Dominican University.

Amy Lamboley

Corporate Controller

As the Corporate Controller, Amy Lamboley leads all finance and administration initiatives including financial reporting, budgeting, treasury management, corporate financing, as well as payroll and benefits. Lamboley balances over 20 years of experience in finance and administration with top leadership and efficiency skills.

Prior to IDS, Lamboley held various positions for industries including financial services, legal, and manufacturing where she oversaw all areas of accounting and finance activities. Lamboley earned an MBA from Loyola University and holds a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Accounting from North Central College.

Randy Pyle

Director of Sales – IL/WI

As a Regional Director of Sales at IDS, Randy is responsible for driving growth in the Illinois and Wisconsin market. Randy has 10 years of leadership experience in Information Technology and prior to that held management positions in the financial services industry. Before joining IDS, Randy served in Central US management positions with NetApp, Cleversafe and IBM. Randy and his team are focused on delivering strategic and disruptive technologies to both existing and new clients to help create efficiencies, simplicity and cost savings for the IT businesses they serve. Randy holds a degree from Vanderbilt University and is active in locally based charities including Misericordia.

Phil Kalaf

Director of Solution Architects

I manage the solution architect organization for IDS. My team provides pre-sales support for the industry-leading datacenter and cloud solutions. This is a group covering mid-Minnesota to Northern Kentucky, they are involved in all aspects of the Data Center and Cloud solutions.  This team is committed to working with industry-leading vendors, via the indirect channel into all major customers.  I continue to work on designing and introducing innovation and market leadership to improve the Solution Architect’s productivity and grow revenues in the Data Center and Cloud solutions space.  Developed in collaboration with my peers, technical materials to enable the Solutions Architects to present our customers with solutions to solve business issues.  With aligning current and future IDS solutions to the client’s technical strategies, we are able to advocate what would be the best IDS solution with in our portfolio. I bear the responsibility for the overall strategic technology work with in IDS’s accounts, while providing a major focus and understanding of the client’s baseline technology.

  • Recruited and develop highly talented specialized Solution Architect’s to support Central region Sales team supporting 125 million in revenue.

Babu Peparthi

As the Senior Director of Cloud Services for IDS, Peparthi is responsible for IDS Cloud Architecture, Datacenters and Service Delivery. He brings over 20 years of experience to IDS in multiple technology domains covering infrastructure and information security. He specializes in solution design, embracing new technologies and open source software.

Prior to IDS, Peparthi spent 5 years at one of the largest Oracle hosted services provider, leading cloud and managed services organization and providing pre-sales support. Peparthi holds a bachelor degree in Computer Science and Engineering and Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.

Frank Saraceno

Sales Operations Manager

As the Manager of Sales Operations for IDS, Frank is responsible for operations, procurement and company logistics. Saraceno brings over 15 years of experience to IDS in coordination of operations, policies, procedures, and relationship management.

Prior to IDS Saraceno worked for Tympani and Meridian IT where he held various roles such as the Manager of Inside Sales and Operations, vendor relations, and technical sales operations. Saraceno holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from Illinois State University.

Michelangelo Scalera

Director of Business Development

As the Director of Sales Operations for IDS, Michelangelo is responsible for operations, procurement and vendor management. He has repeatedly created multi-national contracts exceeding expectations for all parties involved. Scalera brings over 10 years of experience to IDS in coordination of operations, contracts, policies, procedures, relationship management and negotiations.

Prior to IDS Scalera worked for Augmentity as the Director of Operations, leading operations related initiatives including department creation, procedures and management. Scalera holds a degree in business administration from DePaul University.
